About Us

Samuel Ahn, MD

Dr. Ahn is a board-certified vascular surgeon at University Vascular Associates and attending surgeon at St John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA and Methodist Health System in Dallas, TX.

Dr. Ahn has been a pioneer in the field of endovascular surgery since 1986. He co-edited the first textbook on endovascular surgery in 1989.

Before founding one of the first OBLs in the country in 2006, Dr. Ahn was on faculty at UCLA from 1986 to 2006. There, he served as Professor of Surgery and Director of Endovascular Surgery from 1998 to 2006.
